Our Mission

A&R stands for Artists and Repertoire. It refers to the division of a record label responsible for talent scouting, signing artists, and overseeing their artistic and commercial development.   

When we realized creatives were being treated unfairly in today’s music scene, we sought to be different.  

Through A Room Studios and Pantherburn Music Group, we have teamed up to provide a service and mentorship that helps young artists and bands succeed in the music industry. 

Real world experiences and years of research became the foundation of this strategic partnership.
